At COVID The Boardgame, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Faulty or Damaged Products:
  •    If your board game arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please     contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  •   Proof of damage (photos of the item and packaging) will be required.

      2.  Incorrect Items:

  •   If you received the wrong product, let us know within 7 days of delivery.
  •   The item must be unopened and unused.

 How to Return an Item 

   1. Contact Us:

      Email us at btm.drawerproductionz@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

2. Return Authorisation:

  • We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
  • Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

    3. Shipping:

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Exchanges will be dispatched within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items (unless faulty).

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
