Welcome to COVID The Board Game! We are excited to share our love of board games with you. Below is our detailed shipping policy to ensure your order gets to you smoothly and efficiently.

Domestic Shipping (Aotearoa/New Zealand)

  • Delivery time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-5 business days.

Shipping costs:

  •               Shipping costs within NZ: Business Zone $10.56/Residential zone $13.60/Rural $19.07
  •              Tracking: All orders include tracking, which will be emailed to you once                 your package is on its way.
  •               Rural addresses: Deliveries to rural addresses may take an additional 1-2 business days and carry a Rural Delivery Surcharge.

International Shipping

We ship globally from Aotearoa/New Zealand, so wherever you are, you can enjoy our games.

  • Delivery Time: Depending on your location, international orders may take 7-21 business days.
  • Shipping Costs:

                Costs can vary based on destination and weight. Shipping rates will be                  calculated at checkout.

               Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Tracking: Tracking is available for most international orders and will be provided when applicable.

Packaging

We carefully pack every order to ensure your games arrive in pristine condition. Where possible, we use eco-friendly packaging to reduce waste.

Order Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@covidtheboardgame.com. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
